Victor Gerchikov

Victor Gerchikov is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group of the Vancouver office.

Victor’s practice is primarily focused on securities, corporate finance, public and private M&A, joint ventures, general corporate and commercial matters. In addition, Victor represents issuers and underwriters in equity offerings and advises public companies with respect to corporate governance matters, securities law compliance and stock exchange regulations. Victor’s industry experience includes mining, technology, clean-technology, consumer goods and financial services.
