Patrick McNally is a partner in the Corporate Group whose practice focuses on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. He acts for numerous private and public companies, and offers advice regarding corporate finance, asset and share transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations and recapitalizations. Patrick also advises public entities with respect to corporate governance and compliance matters.

Patrick works closely with clients to develop and implement material advances in environmental, social, governance and sustainability efforts. His experience includes working closely with clients partnering with Indigenous communities in the development of energy projects and in the implementation of certain sustainability-linked financial instruments.
