Practice Areas

Gøran works primarily with commercial real estate, in particular with real estate transactions, lease agreements, structuring of real estate companies and development projects. He has extensive experience with complex transactions and he has assisted in several transactions on forward terms.

Further, Gøran has experience within company law and contract law, including transactions with equity transactions, acquisitions and divestment of businesses, share issues, mergers and de-mergers, restructuring and reorganisations of businesses.

He has worked with many of Norway's largest transactions in commercial real estate since 2009 in addition to advising Norwegian and international clients in the Norwegian market, both in relation to equity and loan and bond financing.
