Tor Stokke assists entities in the IT-, -telecommunication and media market, and other heavily regulated sectors, in matters such as negotiations, contractual disputes and regulatory affairs. He has lead and otherwise had a central role in several of the largest IT/technology acquisitions in Norway. Examples are assistance to all health actors in the Central Norway Health Region in the groundbreaking project of procuring and implementing a new common EHR solution, and the Norwegian Government in procuring and implementing the national emergency network and the technology sophisticated new rescue helicopters. Within the media sector he acts on behalf of the RiksTV which distributes tv content as web-tv, streaming services, and on the digital terrestrial platform.
