Gonzalo’s area of expertise is Administrative Law and regulatory transactions and disputes. He specializes in electricity, public utilities, infrastructure and government contracts. His practice is mainly focused on power transactions, advising clients in connection with renewable, thermal and co-generation projects. Gonzalo works advising project developers, EPC and BoP contractors, turbines and panel suppliers, private off-takers and financial entities, among others.
He graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree with a specialization in Corporate Law in 2008, took a Master’s Program of Law and Economics at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina and was an international exchange student at the University of Texas at Austin, United States in 2014.
