Glenn practices in the area of class action defence, representing clients in disputes regarding class proceedings (life sciences, misrepresentation claims, Competition Act claims). Product liability (drug/medical devices, automotive and aviation products, industrial and consumer products).
Career
One of few practitioners in Canada with a practice mostly devoted to product liability and class actions. Currently the National Co-Chair of the firm’s Class Action Strategic Sector.

Advocates' Society, Canadian Defence Lawyers, Defense Research Institute (DRI), International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), Litigation Counsel of America (Fellow), Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Lawyer’s Association. Highly active with the DRI where he has held numerous positions and most recently has been a member of the DRI Law Institute, which oversees all educational seminars for the organization.
