Represents management in employment-related litigation, including complex discrimination class actions, wage/hour collective actions, and restrictive covenant/trade secret litigation. Advises clients on ADA and FMLA compliance, wage and hour audits, employee handbooks, employment agreements, and employee discipline. Also represents management in traditional labor matters, including contract negotiations, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
