Valerie advises on international asset finance and project finance transactions, with an emphasis in particular on transactions involving the main Asian export credit agencies such as SINOSURE and K-SURE, and/or leasing structures. Her clients include the leading banks, shipowners and leasing companies in the shipping, container and logistics sectors, with a number of such deals receiving accolades in the relevant industry awards.

Valerie is qualified in England, Singapore and Hong Kong, and speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
