Giuliano Berruti is an Equity Partner at ADVANT Nctm and has been since 2005. His expertise includes: administrative law, public contracts (public construction and public procurement), project financing for the construction of public infrastructures, public utilities (water, gas), environmental law, zoning regulation plans, pharmaceutical law, transports (railways regulation, ports). From 1989 -1995, he served as an Adjunct Professor for Administrative Law and the Legal-Economic program for LUISS School of Law in Rome. He regularly lecturers on public procurement at select conferences.
