Giorgio has gained an extensive and comprehensive experience in litigation and arbitration matters, regularly advising leading international and domestic clients (including, inter alia, primary private equity funds and investment banks) in relation to corporate, banking, financial intermediation and commercial disputes, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases as well as in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
Giorgio is regularly the point of reference to the clients, providing his view and assessment in extremely sensitive situations, defining the final strategy to be adopted in order to strengthen the clients’ position and interests.
Giorgio is the leading counsel in some of the most important pre-litigation and litigation matters in relation to which Legance is providing its assistance.
Giorgio is in Legance since 2011 and partner since 2024.
Prior to joining Legance, Giorgio worked for a primary Italian Law Firm.
Giorgio graduated with honors in 2009 at the Università degli Studi di Milano, where he is currently an assistant professor (“cultore della materia”) of civil law.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar of Milan in 2013 and he is a Supreme Court barrister since 2023.
He is the author of several publications on civil law matters on the main law reviews.
