Gervasio has broad experience in providing legal advice on energy law and public law matters.
On energy law, he is active in the transactional side (acquisition of companies and assets, in particular renewable energy related) and advises clients on project development issues, PPA agreements and the varied range of contracts required for the regular activities of energy companies during development, construction and exploitation phases. He represents major players of the energy industry on all kind of proceedings before the public authorities and before ECJ and the national contentions administrative Courts.
He has broad expertise on public law, with particular emphasis on public procurement for projects on different fields (health, education and social facilities, roads). He is also active on Transport Law.

Senior associate in Gomez-Acebo&Pombo (2001-06). Partner in Garayar Asociados (2006-2012). Founding partner of MVA Asociados, since 2012.

Member of AEDEN (Asociación Española de Derecho de la Energía) and Foro PPP.
