Our Firm combines long standing experience with a deep knowledge of the legal, regulatory, commercial and technical issues involved in each energy sector (power & renewables, gas and oil). This solid understanding of the business of our clients allows us to offer preventive and proactive advice.

We have provided legal advice to the main domestic and international players, besides investors and financial entities on the power, gas and oil sectors. We have also taken part in the flagship energy transactions, since the liberalization process began in the late 90’s.
