Gerardo is partner of the Firm and head of our Regulatory and Public Law Practice Group since 2013.

He joined the firm after heading the legal department of the Peruvian Telecommunications Agency – OSIPTEL. His professional practice is focused on various regulated industries -including energy, telecommunication and transport infrastructure- and public law.

He has an extensive experience in dealing with regulatory agencies, including OSINERGMIN, OSITRAN, INDECOPI and public entities such as the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Energy and Mines and PROINVERSIÓN.
