Our expertise covers connectivity issues, radio spectrums, networks, data centers, infrastructure, and technologies, among others.

In the media industry, we have advised on content distribution across print media, satellite transmission, cable, and internet, as well as various broadcasters offering innovative alternatives for services and technologies. Such work has included advising on competition issues before Peruvian authorities.

Additionally, we assist national and international agents in negotiating broadcast rights for major global events. Likewise, we provide comprehensive advisory services relating to the administration and licensing of rights in the entire production chain, including the distribution of rights and royalties. We also represent clients in disputes regarding intellectual and industrial property, negotiating and resolving issues with different national collective management organizations that represent holders of copyright and related rights.
