Geraint is a barrister with a specialist focus on Tribunal litigation that encompasses all areas of Employment and Discrimination law. His work includes advice and representation at all stages of litigation, often being instructed in negotiations and settlement advice, as well as court-based advocacy. His advice is sought on a wide range of topics, and his clients appreciate his thorough and straightforward style.
Geraint’s experience of employment disputes is considerable. He has been successful in a number of high profile matters, including successfully appealing a judgment on whether Asperger's Syndrome is a disability, overturning an adverse Tribunal finding on a dismissal for homophobic slurs in the workplace and winning a complex case for a former firefighter who was subjected to a course of sexist treatment and harassment treatment. He has represented Government departments, international PLCs, family firms, schools, nurses, lawyers, lorry drivers, postmen and a bar maid.

In 2024, Geraint was featured as The Times’ Lawyer of the Week in recognition of a high-profile success in the Employment Tribunal.
Outside of work, Geraint enjoys time with family as well as playing music and sport. His dream dinner party would consist of Shane Warne, Nelson Mandela, Claudia Winkleman, Jane Austen and Bob Dylan.
