Having been in practice for 20 years, unlike many lawyers who have been engaged in only one professional direction since the beginning of the practice, Gang CHEN has personally undertaken and completed a large number of legal services in a wide range of fields with high professional skills over the years, especially in the domestic capital market (hosting or participating in nearly 30 IPOs, more than 20 non-public offerings of listed companies, convertible bonds, major asset restructuring, acquisition the control of listed companies and dozens of investment and M&A projects) and dispute resolution, as well as infrastructure construction in the fields of nuclear power, subways and highways, and has a solid and experienced comprehensive quality of multi-field professional.
