He has also served as Director of Corporate Affairs and National Legal Superintendent at the Superintendency of Banks of Ecuador.
Gabriel focuses his practice on Banking Law, Infrastructure, PPP Projects, Fintech, and Corporate Law.
Throughout his career, he has advised companies in merger and acquisition processes. During his tenure at the Superintendency of Banks, he signed authorizations for financial operations of various entities in the financial sector.
