Practice Areas
Leyre is the Director of the Dispute Resolution department at the firm, specializing in complex litigation in administrative, commercial, labor, and civil liability matters, as well as national and international arbitrations.
In the field of arbitration, Leyre has advised numerous clients in domestic arbitration proceedings in the mining, oil, construction, and entertainment industries. In international arbitration, Leyre has experience as local counsel in commercial and investment arbitration under the rules of the ICC, UNCITRAL, and ICSID.

• Sevmorgeo JSC: Advised in relation to a $21 million claim for breach of a seismic services contract with a state-owned company.
• Confidential Client: Advised in over 40 cases of moral damages initiated by former employees of the company, totaling $7 million.
• KLM: Advised in a case of tort liability initiated by a passenger in whom drugs were planted in the luggage, involving a sum of $2 million.
• Quifatex: Advised in a claim for breach of contract against a state-owned company in a pharmaceutical matter, amounting to $2.6 million.
• Goodyear de Colombia S.A.: Advised in a nullification action against an enforceable judgment granting compensation of $4.5 million for contract breach.
