Justo Segura advises public and private sector clients, including sovereign and sub-sovereign entities, corporations, banks and financial organizations in capital markets, corporate finance, debt restructuring, liability management transactions and general law matters. He has also been involved in local and international litigation matters, including pro bono work.

He was an international lawyer in a large New York law firm in 2005 and 2006, where he was a member of the Latin America practice group and worked on capital markets matters of private and public sector clients, including sovereign bonds and related litigation.

Professional Memberships

Justo is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of International Law, where he has been co-chair of the Buenos Aires City Chapter. He is also a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and the Province of Buenos Aires Bar Association. He was member of the Organizing Committee of the II and III Argentine Congress on Capital Markets organized by UCEMA University and participated in the IV Argentine Congress on Capital Markets.
