Gabriel Hamilton

Gabe Hamilton advises clients on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on clients in the healthcare (including animal health) and insurance industries, including insurers, producers, self-funded governmental health plans, and multiple-employer welfare arrangements.

He is a member of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel, the only national association of attorneys who devote at least 50% of their practice to insurance regulatory matters. Gabe has extensive experience working on mergers and acquisitions, new company formations, and joint ventures in the insurance and healthcare industries.
