Joined Tsunematsu Yanase & Sekine (currently Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu) in 1989 ;worked as a visiting attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York from 1993 to 1994 ; worked at SBC Warburg Securities (currently UBS) in Tokyo in 1995; became a partner of Tsunematsu Yanase & Sekine (currently Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu) in 1996; became Co-Managing Partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu from 2015 to 2023; became Co-Chair of the firm in 2024.
