Filippo Chiodini Innocenti Ducci specialises in restructuring & insolvency, distressed M&A and private equity.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in Italian domestic and cross-border restructuring and private equity transactions, with a particular focus on distressed M&A and special situations.
He has provided assistance to a variety of companies, lenders and investors across a range of complex transactions entailing corporate and financial restructuring, DIP finance, debt-to-equity-swaps and M&A, also in the context of some of the top-end reorganization and insolvency proceedings in the Italian market.
Career
Filippo Chiodini entered the Firm as Partner in 2022.
Prevoiusly, he was a Counsel in Freshfields Bruckhaus Dderinger, Milan, while from 2011 until 2022 he was a lawyer from BonelliErede, Milan.
In 2014 he obtained a PH.D. in Corporate, International and Civil Law, Università degli Studi di Genova, Genoa, Italy.
