Ewa Łachowska-Brol is a Managing Partner at Eversheds Sutherland Poland. She heads the Labor Law team.
She advises on all aspects of labor law, including selection of the optimal form of employment, conclusion and termination of employment contracts and other related agreements, employment terms, restructuring of employment, posting, internal regulations, appointment of employee representatives, information and consultation requirements with respect to labor unions and works councils, labor law litigation, managerial agreements and other civil-law contracts.
Ewa conducts training and presentations at conferences as well as internal workshops for clients.
She is a recognized expert enjoying the trust of clients, as confirmed by prestigious legal rankings such as Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA in the area of employment law.
Ewa Łachowska-Brol is a law graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She also completed postgraduate studies in European law at the University of Warsaw and holds a Certificate of Professional Competence in International Road Haulage Operations.
She is a member of the Labor Law Association.
