Career
Esteban Carcavallo is the partner in charge of the Labor Law department.
His practice focuses on the counseling and representation -both in lawsuits and collective bargaining- of the main industrial, financial, service, banking and insurance companies in the country, in all matters regulated by labor and social security laws, as well as sports and civil entities.
He has been in charge of legal and management audits and organization of human resources, in numerous companies in process of sale, merger or industrial reconversion. Participated in the process of creating the Certification of Compliance with Labor Standards under the direction of IRAM.

Member of the Board of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (2008-2012).
President of the Labor and Social Security Law Commission.
Deputy Secretary of the Labor Conciliation Commission of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (2002-2012).
Member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Labor Law and Social Security (AADTySS) since 2009.
