Her practice focuses on business tax advice and planning, national or international transactions, as well as tax disputes and litigation.

She regularly advises national and foreign companies on federal, provincial and municipal taxation matters and has participated in the formatting and implementation of corporate restructuring, and financing and investment projects.

She has solid experience in the application and interpretation of international agreements for the avoidance of double taxation and the exchange of tax information as well as other international instruments that may have an impact in taxation.

In litigious matter has represented and represents major companies and local entrepreneurs in complex tax claims and disputes elucidated before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the Tax Court of the Nation, federal and local courts, Federal Administration of Public Revenue and other tax agencies.
