Erik has extensive experience litigating business, software, civil fraud, class action, product, natural resources, environmental, construction, real estate and shareholder disputes.

In addition, Erik has broad experience conducting internal investigations, preparing government disclosures, and responding to state and federal investigation related to allegations of corporate wrongdoing.
