Erik Söderlind is the founding partner of Kastell and head of its competition group. He is recognised as one of Sweden's top antitrust lawyers. Erik practices in all areas of competition law and state aid in Sweden and in the EU. Over the course of his career, Erik has represented companies in many high profile cases before authorities and courts, both domestically and abroad. In addition to his extensive experience in competition law, he has also advised and represented companies in a large number of regulatory matters involving EU law, mainly within the telecom, pharmaceutical and energy sectors.
