Henrik Bielenstein

Henrik joined Kastell as a partner on February 2011. He is one of Sweden’s most experienced leading litigators, with over 30 years’ experience in handling commercial disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals. Henrik has been lead counsel in seventeen disputes before the Swedish Supreme Court. He has particular expertise within the contractual and tortious liability, consultant liability and insurance law. During his time at Linklaters, Henrik was head of the litigation department.
