Magnus has over 20 years’ experience of representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration. Although his focus lies on general contract and company law matters, he is also regularly acting in competition and IP law related cases. He has been involved in many reported judgments by the Supreme Court.
In addition to acting as counsel, Magnus regularly sits as an arbitrator. In that role, he has experience from ICC, SCC, FAI as well as ad hoc arbitrations.
Before taking on the role as counsel Magnus served as a judge at the Svea Court of Appeal and the City Court of Stockholm as well as a legal advisor at the Department of Justice.
