Carl Norén

Carl started working at Kastell in April 2012. Prior to Kastell Carl had worked at other law firms focusing on the areas of dispute resolution and public procurement. He has been legal counsel in commercial court and arbitration proceedings representing both Swedish and foreign clients from various industry sectors. Carl has long experience in supporting both buyers and suppliers in public procurement processes. He has been representing counsel in matters regarding public procurement reviews in a range of sectors, foremost procurements regarding IT and office supplies, staffing services, pharmaceuticals and within the transport sector. Carl is also experienced in public procurement litigation and acts as a counsel in in large claims for damages based on public procurement law.

Carl also has many years’ experience of successful litigation in the field of professional liability in complex cases regarding auditing, accounting services, tax advice and liability for directors and board members. Carl regularly represents reputable auditing firms and individual professionals.
