Practice focuses on technology and payments law, with emphasis on bringing significant value for his clients in their long-term outsourcing, technology and innovative payments arrangements, and e-commerce and privacy matters. Has extensive Canadian and international experience advising on complex information technology and intellectual property transactions, particularly in the financial services space. Has worked with international firms in Paris, France and Toronto, Ontario. Advises banks, fintechs, payment services providers, autonomous vehicle providers, national grocery chains, retailers and governments.
