Enrique Veramendi is a partner at Marval O’Farrell Mairal. He co-heads the firm’s Administrative Law Department.
His practice areas include public procurement, infrastructure and public private partnerships, economic regulation, public utilities and government contracts.
He also has an extensive experience in the fields of constitutional and public law litigation, as well as investment disputes.
Enrique is professor of Administrative Law at several Argentine universities. He graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (with honors, 2001). He also obtained a Master in Administrative Law from the Universidad Austral (with honors, 2006) and an LLM Master of Laws from the New York University (Hauser Global Scholarship, 2008).
