Enrico has vast experience in civil, commercial, corporate, pharmaceuticals and environmental litigation before ordinary courts and national and international arbitral courts. He is involved in cross-border litigation and international dispute resolution, mediation and negotiation. In addition, he has expertise as regards civil, commercial, corporate and environmental law; M&A; private equity and venture capital; pharmaceuticals and life sciences.

In 1990 he received his Law Degree (J.D.) (with highest honours) from the Law School of the Università degli Studi di Milano, and, in 1992, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, where, in the same year, he also completed a prodoctoral thesis in Comparative Civil Procedure entitled “Some comparative reflections on issue preclusions in civil cases: collateral estoppel and giudicato sull’eccezione”.

In 1995 he was admitted to the Italian Bar (Milan) and in 2007 he was licensed to appear before the Supreme Court of Italy. In 1993, Enrico was admitted to the New York Bar and, in 1995, was licensed to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (Washington, D.C.) and, in 1997, to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court. Since 2005 he has been a Certified Mediator ICBMC (Italy China Business Mediation Centre) at Camera Arbitrale Nazionale e Internazionale di Milano and the Mediation Centre of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
