He assists mainly domestic and international industrial groups, banks, private equity funds and financial institutions, in connection with capital markets, corporate finance and capital raising as well as corporate and M&A transactions. Over the years, he has gained considerable experience in dealing with IPO transactions, rights issues, public offerings and sale and purchase of financial products, as well as advice on corporate and commercial law, and banking and finance matters. He also deals with corporate governance issues within the ELITE project of Borsa Italiana and is one of the contact persons for the Firm in relation to the IPO Community of Borsa Italiana.
He received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Torino in 2012 and joined the Italian Bar in 2014. In 2022, he attended the Executive Summer Course Program in Corporate Finance at the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law.
Federico also worked as Foreign Associate Attorney at the London office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2022 to 2023.
He is recognised among the “Associates to watch” by the international legal guide Chambers & Partners for Capital Markets: Equity activities.
