He assists Italian and foreign listed and unlisted companies as well as private equity funds in Italian and cross-border transactions. He also advises on a regular basis companies owned by institutions (in particular private equity portfolio companies and subsidiaries of listed holding investment companies) and family-owned business on the whole spectrum of corporate and commercial law. His broad experience spans various industry sectors, including energy, food and the fashion industry.
He graduated in law, magna cum laude, at Università LUISS Guido Carli of Rome, and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 2007.
