Emma joined rradar in 2016 and spent 2 years as a Paralegal in Commercial Litigation, before starting her Training Contract in January 2021.

In October 2022, Emma qualified as a Solicitor into the Hull Employment Team. Emma gained some experience in non-contentious matters, including drafting and reviewing contract of employment and HR policies.

Emma now focuses on contentious employment law matters, defending a vast industry of Respondent clients across wide range of claims including unfair dismissal, redundancies, whistleblowing and discrimination. Emma graduated in Law from the University of Hull in 2015 and later undertook LPC studies with BPP in Leeds.
