David Fitzpatrick

David Fitzpatrick is a Senior Associate in our Business Crime and Regulatory team based in Glasgow. He spent the first six years of his career in private practice, dealing with a wide range of regulatory and criminal defence work. He gained extensive experience of criminal litigation in the Sheriff Court as well as advising clients at interviews under caution with the police and other reporting authorities in Scotland.

Before joining rradar in 2022, he worked as a legal officer and solicitor with the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission dealing with criminal appeal matters.

He is accredited in information and data law and is a certified data protection specialist, with extensive experience of drafting, reviewing and implementing data management policies as well as responding to personal data breaches, FOI requests and ICO investigations.
