She specialises in all areas of Family Law including divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, pre and post marital agreements and cohabitation agreements. She has considerable experience in resolving the financial issues arising on divorce, often in high value and complex cases. Ellie has a particular interest in the treatment of pensions on divorce, with expertise in the niche area of resolving and implementing agreements concerning English based pensions after an overseas divorce.
