Charles Abraham is LCF Law’s head of dispute resolution leading a team of over 25 from the firm’s office in Leeds. Experienced in litigation, mediation and arbitration, Charles advises on a wide range of disputes for a variety of clients from PLCs to individuals, acting on numerous high profile and large value disputes domestically and internationally. He is regularly instructed by partners in some of the largest law firms in the UK who recognise that Charles offers a wealth of experience in litigation (including applications for injunctive relief), mediation and arbitration.
Charles was appointed as head of the disputes department in March 2012. Since joining the firm, Charles has demonstrated an admirable ability to attract quality work from top quality clients. His reputation in the market place is reflected in the large number of referrals he receives from larger regional and national law firms and by the number of partners in those law firms who instruct him personally. His clients value his 'big firm experience but smaller firm charge out rates.'
