Rachel has over 25 years’ experience in family and matrimonial law, supporting families on a range of issues, across Yorkshire and the UK.
Rachel has a particular focus on the financial aspects of family law, advising clients on the protection of their wealth and the impact of separation and divorce on businesses, pensions and other client assets. She also deals with issues around childcare arrangements.
Working closely with our Corporate and wider Private Wealth teams, Rachel’s clients range from directors and shareholders of businesses or their spouses, to the multi-generational private clients seeking to protect wealth as it passes down their family lines.
Rachel is a member of Resolution, an accredited mediator, collaborative law practitioner and is accredited as an advanced member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.
