Elizabeth drafted a law creating a statewide integrated population health data system in New Jersey. She was also appointed to the data system’s governing board by the governor as an individual with legal experience in HIPAA and data privacy and security issues.
Elizabeth previously chaired the health care department at a New Jersey-area firm for seven years.
