Elizabeth is experienced in counseling health care providers, health plans, technology companies and health care-related business ventures on a range of regulatory compliance and reimbursement matters, including HIPAA privacy and data security requirements.
Elizabeth is Fox Rothschild's Chief Privacy & HIPAA Compliance Officer; co-chair, Data Privacy and Security Practice; co-chair, Government Relations Practice. Governor-appointed Board member, NJ Integrated Population Health System; Author, NJ health care legislation.
Elizabeth drafted a law creating a statewide integrated population health data system in New Jersey. She was also appointed to the data system’s governing board by the governor as an individual with legal experience in HIPAA and data privacy and security issues.
