Elin Mack Løvdal

Elin Mack Løvdal’s main focus and expertise is relating to real estate; transactions, development, leases, asset management, corporate law, financing and investment structuring. She is specialized in M&A, with a clear focus on all types of real estate transactions, including sale lease back transactions, forward transactions, syndicated investment structures with tailor-made fee arrangements and other forms of co-investments. She also has extensive experience in both property management and property development, including structuring of larger developments projects. In addition she advises on corporate law including advising board members and management on risk and leverage for distressed companies, and has board experience from both bank and real estate related businesses. Elin Mack Løvdal is also assisting clients with financial transactions, including high yield bonds, bank loans and hybrid capital, and assessing possible capital structures from a legal perspective.

Mack Løvdal is recommended by all major international rankings, including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Who’s Who. She is listed as one of the ten best real estate lawyers in Norway by the newspaper Finansavisen.
