Has a wealth of experience in a number of areas of litigation including: public and administrative law, civil liberties, professional regulation and discipline, clinical negligence (particularly high value birth claims and late diagnosis of breast cancer), personal injury claims, commercial litigation, considerable experience in acting for individuals, local authorities and public bodies, including the Law Society of Scotland.
