Eduardo spent 5 years as an associate in Sullivan and Cromwell and Gunderson Dettmer law firms in New York, initially focusing on cross-border M&A and then on venture capital transactions, where he accumulated a wealth of experience in cross-border transactions and knowledge of Silicon Valley practices.
He holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate Governance from Stanford, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV, and an LLB degree from PUC-SP.
He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the New York Bar Association; and a mentor at startup accelerators Endeavor, ACE, and Latitud.
