Career

André graduated from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), obtained a MSc degree in Political Economy of Development from the London School of Economics (LSE) (UK), and a PhD degree in Commercial Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), having been visiting researcher at the Institute for Global Law & Policy of Harvard University (USA). He was also a professor of the course “Capital Markets and the Investment Funds Industry in Brazil” of the LL.M Business Law and Management at the Universidade de Fortaleza (Unifor) and guest speaker in the podcast “Fintech Regulation” organized by the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CCBC).
