Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza was founded in April 2021 by four of the most recognized venture capital & start-ups lawyers of Brazil: Sergio Bronstein, Eduardo Zilberberg, Pedro Chueiri and Guilherme Potenza.

Totalling 35+ people and starting with a stellar list of 200+ technology companies and 30+ funds, in just a few days the firm established itself as a powerhouse in the Brazilian market. In fact, the largest and most experienced team in its core practice areas.

We assist both sellers and buyers in M&A, funds in investments, divestments and companies in fundraising process throughout its life cycle. We help them define the most appropriate fundraising structure and negotiate investment rounds, agreements and M&A transactions. At the same time, we regularly assist the most active funds in investing and exiting their investment in Brazil.

With a joint experience of more than 1,000 financing rounds, our partners have participated in several of the most acclaimed deals of the decade – such as Google’s USD1.1 billion acquisition of Waze; the USD 2.3 billion acquisition of Oculus VR by Facebook; the IPO of ; the $1 billion sale of Brazil’s first unicorn 99 Taxis to Didi Chuxing; and the R$6.8 billion sale of Linx to Stone Co.
