Eduardo Zepeda is a lawyer who has over twenty years of experience advising importers and exporters. He was a participant in the creation of the NEEC (now the Authorized Economic Operator or AEO) regime, and he advises on customs compliance for the maquila or manufacturing industry in Mexico, AEO, and other import-export companies.

Eduardo frequently speaks at international trade and customs symposia related to export manufacturing, OEA, and the tax aspects of the international trade of Mexico.
