Mr. Vázquez advises and represents companies in trade & customs matters, focusing on trade remedies (i.e. anti-dumping, subsidies, safeguards), free trade agreements, rules of origin, market access, and tariff and non-tariff barriers.
Mr. Vázquez appears before administrative agencies and court in contentious and non-contentious matters. Additionally, he appeared before NAFTA panels and has advised foreign governments on dispute resolution matters in connection with WTO challenges.
Mr. Vázquez joined the firm in 1992.
