Career
Partner since 2020. University of California (UCLA), Master of Laws (LL.M., 2012). Universidad de Chile, Diploma in Intellectual Property and New Technologies, 2008. Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School (LLB, 2005). His main areas of practice are Trademarks, Domain Names and Industrial Property. He has been a panelist in national and international conferences on Intellectual Property and related matters.
Eduardo has advised domestic and foreign clients from different industries, including retail, transportation, food and beverages, entertainment, sports, technology, among others.
Additionally, he has worked as a professor in postgraduate courses in Intellectual Property and is a member of committees before the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI); International Trademark Association (INTA) and Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI).
From 2013 to date, Eduardo is Arbitrator of NIC Chile for the resolution of .CL domain name assignment conflicts.
