Juan Pablo has been leading the Patents Group since 2000 together with the lawyers and technical professionals of that group has assisted national and foreign clients in the prosecution of multiple applications in the widest range of technical matters, with particular emphasis in the pharmaceutical, mining and salmon farming areas.
He regularly attends to several of the firm’s clients in the enforcement of their industrial property rights before courts of law and administrative tribunals and also advises them in negotiations for the contractual exploitation of their rights.
